How it works
1. Initial AssessmentEach engagement begins with a confidential discussion.
We assess the asset, documentation and the suitability of a private structured transaction.
2. Scope DefinitionTransaction parameters are clearly defined:
value, documentation, declarations, inspection window and release conditions.
No public listing. No open marketplace.
3. Controlled PaymentFunds are processed through a secure payment mechanism and conditionally released in accordance with the agreed transaction terms.
Patronum does not operate as an escrow provider, but coordinates contractual release conditions within defined boundaries.
4.CompletionUpon fulfilment of agreed conditions, funds are released and the transaction formally concluded.
Each case remains confidential and individually structured.

Patronum works with a select network of trusted individuals and professionals who can introduce suitable clients to our private offerings and sourcing services.
Introducers do not sell or manage the client relationship. They simply make the introduction. Patronum handles the process from there, with an agreed commission payable following a successful transaction.
